By accessing or using GrantHive, a product of Ai UNIVERSAL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including fiscal sponsors, nonprofits, and any other parties accessing GrantHive.
All content, concepts, methodologies, workflows, software, data structures, and materials on this platform are the proprietary and confidential intellectual property of Ai UNIVERSAL and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws.
By accessing GrantHive, you acknowledge that all information disclosed to you is confidential and is shared solely for evaluation and operational purposes. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or use any such information for any purpose other than your authorized use of the platform, without the prior written consent of Ai UNIVERSAL.
This obligation of confidentiality survives any termination of your relationship with Ai UNIVERSAL or your use of GrantHive.
GrantHive and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to the platform design, AI models, grant matching algorithms, narrative generation systems, submission workflows, and data architecture, are owned exclusively by Ai UNIVERSAL.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GrantHive solely for your organization's internal grant management purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the platform or any portion thereof.
You agree that Ai UNIVERSAL may collect, analyze, and use anonymized, aggregated data from your use of the platform for the purposes of improving our services, developing AI models, training machine learning systems, and building intelligence infrastructure for the nonprofit sector.
Ai UNIVERSAL will never sell individually identifiable data to third parties. All data used for AI training is anonymized and aggregated at the organizational level. Your personally identifiable information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use GrantHive only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, interfere with the platform's operation, or use the platform to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
GrantHive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ai UNIVERSAL makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that grant applications submitted through the platform will be successful.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ai UNIVERSAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use GrantHive, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Ai UNIVERSAL reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to GrantHive at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
Ai UNIVERSAL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of GrantHive after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
